STANDARD DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Calvano delivers within South Africa using Courier Guy delivery services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier or in person to our store in 2 Lees Street Wynberg Johannesburg.
Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it.
1. Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time: Orders are shipped within 2–7 working days.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship within South Africa only.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- All prices and transactions on our website are processed in ZAR (South African Rand).
2. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@calvanoonline.co.za or alternatively contact customer service on +27 72 280 7123 with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- A return label must be included inside the package to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, some personal-use items such as socks, underwear, or grooming accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 30 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Currency That Applies to This Policy:
- All prices and transactions on our website are processed in ZAR (South African Rand).
- If you are an international customer, the amount will automatically be converted into your local currency based on current exchange rates at the time of purchase or refund.
- Please note that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount received in your local currency.
